Overnight oats

I can’t describe my love of oatmeal. It knows no bounds. It’s simple, but oh so tasty. And easy. There was a period of time where I had it for breakfast every single morning. My cholesterol was great that year. It’s incredibly filling, and leaves me feeling pretty fully at work up till lunchtime.
